You have completed a successful week or 2 of food journaling. Perhaps by now you have already figured out that you are grossly overeating, or perhaps you still need a little help. I know. It may not be easy to look at the food journal. Your fears might get confirmed, that you’re a food addict and you don’t know what to do, or maybe that you just didn’t realize that you were eating so much.
