Triathlon Training Is a Pain in the Knees

I may have overdone it a bit in the last month or so—ramping my normal 10 to 12 miles a week up to around 20 way faster than I should have—and so it was no surprise to me when my left knee started to bother me during speed drills or hill repeats.
